2. Vehicle Sales
2.1 New and Used Vehicles
- No Returns on Vehicles: Due to the nature of vehicle sales, we do not offer returns or exchanges on vehicles once a sale is completed and the vehicle has been delivered or collected.
- Cancellation Before Delivery: If you wish to cancel your vehicle purchase before delivery, please contact us immediately. We may offer a refund of any deposit paid, subject to a cancellation fee which can differ from sale to sale, provided the cancellation is made before the vehicle is registered in your name or before any custom modifications are made.
2.2 Vehicle Warranty
- New Vehicles: All new vehicles come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the specific warranty booklet provided with your vehicle for detailed terms and conditions.
- Used Vehicles: Our used vehicles may come with a limited warranty, depending on the age and mileage of the vehicle. The terms of this warranty will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
2.3 Refunds for Faulty Vehicles
If a defect or fault arises with your vehicle shortly after purchase:
- New Vehicles: We will work with the manufacturer to resolve any issues under the warranty.

3. Parts and Accessories
3.1 Return Eligibility
You may return car parts and accessories if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of sale.
- The item is returned within 14 days of purchase, in its original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Electrical parts that have been installed or used.
- Custom or special order items.
- Items sold as “Final Sale” or on clearance.
3.3 Return Process
To initiate a return for parts or accessories:
- Contact our customer service team at info@arcars.be within 14 days of purchase to request a return authorization.
- Return the item in its original packaging with all components and accessories included.
- Ship the item to Sint-Laurentiusstraat 64, 9700 Oudenaarde, Belgium using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3.4 Refunds for Parts and Accessories
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Defective/Damaged Items: A full refund, including original shipping costs, will be issued to your original payment method.
- Change of Mind: If the return is due to a change of mind, a refund will be issued minus any shipping costs, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
4. Service Refunds
4.1 Repair and Maintenance Services
- Service Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our repair and maintenance services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 14 days, and we will work to resolve the issue.
- Rework or Refund: If a repair or service issue arises due to our workmanship, we will offer to rework the service at no additional cost. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be provided, depending on the situation.
4.2 Cancellations
- Pre-Cancellation: If you cancel a scheduled repair or maintenance service at least 24 hours before the appointment, you will receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee which can differ from sale to sale may apply.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approving the return or cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
